From Kathy and Chanthal:

Have you felt on edge lately? Maybe you’re not aware of being anxious, but you’ve noticed yourself eating when you’re not hungry or snapping at a loved one for no reason. Maybe you’re all too aware of your anxiety and have decided it’s just who you are and you’ll never change.

The good news?

We have certainly felt some of these things ourselves. So, no matter how you experience anxiety, you’re not alone. During the webinar Kathy and Chantal will discuss the nature of anxiety, where it comes from, how it’s sometimes useful (we know, that sounds weird) and how it can be destructive.

More good news:

You’ll learn tools for managing anxiety that will serve you well not only in these especially stressful times but also in the future.
