Brookline
Brookline was settled in 1638 as an agricultural community of Boston. It was incorporated as a separate town in 1705. Today Brookline is one of ’ largest towns. It’s bordered by Brighton, Allston, Fenway–Kenmore, Mission Hill, Jamaica Plain, West Roxbury, and Newton. President John F. Kennedy was born and lived in Brookline during his childhood.
