Remember when “apps” were something you ordered before dinner?…
If you don’t feel like cooking, or if you’ve never felt like cooking, meal delivery apps are a fast, safe, easy way to keep up good nutrition (or not!). You can have prepared meals or ingredients and recipes shipped to your home, so you can skip the supermarket and still treat your taste buds. Most apps/websites allow you to choose how many meals you want to buy, and you can order to suit your dietary preferences and requirements.

And, if you don’t feel like doing anything but open a bag or box, most local restaurants will deliver. (Brenda says she prefers this option to using delivery services like Uber, DoorDash or GrubHub, because the restaurants keep more of the money.) Check with your favorite restaurants – many now deliver and/or offer curbside pickup.
Bon Appetit!
